Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item to TheJacketMaker, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All ordered and complimentary items must be returned in good condition along with the packing slip. In case of shoe returns, the item should be unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support team here.

  2. Send the return package to the following address,

  3. A tracking number will be received from the courier on returning the parcel. Please use the returned parcel tracking number to file the product return form below

  • Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • You must provide correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form in order to get your return successfully processed.
  • Regular products can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit, whereas, bespoke or made-to-measure products can only be returned for alteration.
  • Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
